Rise and Shine: Sun Salutations Morning Yoga Practice
Welcome, yogis! Join Kiry for a refreshing 15-minute morning yoga practice designed to start your day on the right note with Sun Salutations A and B.
This flow seeks to energize and ground you through breathing and dynamic movements.

Begin by standing at the top of your mat, taking a moment to ground yourself.
Allow your arms to rest by your sides, close your eyes, and deepen your breath.
As your breath becomes steady, start with the first round of Sun Salutation A:
- Inhale to sweep your arms up, then exhale to fold forward, bringing your chest to your thighs.
- Inhale to lengthen with a half-lift, exhale into a Chaturanga, transitioning to Upward and then Downward Facing Dog.
- Pause for three breaths, grounding through your palms and lengthening your spine.
Add a dynamic twist with Chair Pose and Warrior One, moving fluidly with each inhale and exhale. Feel the energy building and spreading through your body.
Feel the heat and embrace the warm energy as you exhale negativity and stress.
Wind down with a series of calming twists and seated forward folds, culminating in a tranquil Shavasana.
Experience deep relaxation by extending in Shavasana with simple resting technique for maximal rejuvenation. If the day is beckoning, transition gently into a seated meditation.
