Place one hand on your belly and the other on your heart. Take three deep breaths; inhale profoundly, hold, then release through your mouth, settling further into an accepting mindset.
As the flow transitions through gentle movements, we explore twists, balancing poses, and foundational asanas. With arms reaching toward the sky, the practice accentuates elongation and redefining personal boundaries within a safe context. Moving into seated, standing, and eventually kneeling positions, the flow respects your individuality.
