Extend gracefully into Warrior Two by stretching one leg outward, refining your spinal alignment, and expanding awareness. Breathe steadily and feel engaged from collarbone to fingertips, lengthening your physical frontier.
As you softly lower a hand in Peaceful Warrior, note the artful balance of strength and serenity in your posture. Let the gaze remind you of calm--an absolute must amidst the dynamic transitions.
Enter extended side angle pose, embracing a strong and fluid stretch traversing the length of your upper body down to the grounded foot. Cherish the alignment and breath unity, singing peace through expansive breaths.
Before concluding, gently massage your face to reinvigorate mindful relaxation. Placing one hand's warmth onto the neck, release accumulated tension. This is your serenity checkpoint at the practice closure.
