Flow - Day 29 - Trust

As we reach the penultimate day of this yoga journey, trust is at the forefront. This session invites you to explore trust by connecting with your body and mind, allowing you to glide through the practice with confidence and intuition.

Start by settling into a comfortable seated position. Draw your shoulders up to your ears with a deep inhale, then release them down as you exhale. Let your breath deepen naturally and notice the sensations of being truly alive today, no matter how your day has begun.

Today’s practice focuses on trusting your intuition. Use the flow of familiar poses like Forward Fold, Crow Pose, and Tree Pose to tap into personal adaptations, ensuring your journey feels just right for you. Embrace your unique rhythm as you surrender to the guidance of your body.

Throughout this practice, acknowledge the importance of the support around you. Whether it's choosing to lower the knee in your lunge or modifying a pose to suit your body’s needs, let trust inform your decisions, reminding you to embrace each movement. Yoga not only unites body and breath but opens us up to something larger, beyond the self.

As the practice heads towards its conclusion, restorative poses like Happy Baby and Reclined Twists help ground you. Finally, surrender entirely in a final Bridge Pose, integrating the day's energy with your body, before relaxing fully on your mat in a deliberate Trust the process and stillness of Shavasana.
